Internet Explorer Users:
- Type in your 6-digit PIN code in the box at the bottom
of this screen and click the 'Connect' button.
- You will see a box asking you to download
'Support-LogMeInRescue.exe'.
- Click 'Run' to begin downloading the support applet. If
you see a security warning box with 'Run' and 'Don't Run'
buttons, click 'Run' to begin the remote support applet.
- The support applet window will appear (see image below)
- A technician will connect with your computer. You will
be prompted to allow the tech to connect.
FireFox Users:
- Type in your 6-digit PIN code in the box at the bottom
of this screen and click the 'Connect' button.
- Save the file. (File name: Support-LogMeInRescue.exe)
- Click 'Open' on this file when it finishes downloading.
- The support applet window will appear. (see below)
- A technician will connect with your computer. You will
be prompted to allow the tech to connect.
